Mobile Refrigeration Specialists uses a flat rate labor system for clear and predictable pricing. This allows for fair and consistent pricing for our high-quality services. Our flat rate labor is based off manufacture guidelines for each make and model. Currently as of 10/2024, our labor rate is $120/hr. This is subject to change due to various factors such as market demand, state of economy, and unique repairs. We offer a discounted rate for preventative maintenance, such as oil changes, at $100/hr.

Mobile Refrigeration Specialists prioritizes quality and reliability in parts used for your repairs. All parts sourced by us will be from manufacture dealers or that of manufacture standards. Anything less in quality will be installed only if customer provides such part and and if customer understands M.R.S. is not responsible for the part failure.

All our services are pre-estimated to ensure transparency and trust. Before any work begins, we provide a detailed estimate of the costs involved, and we only proceed with your approval. This way, you can make informed decisions and have peace of mind knowing there are no surprises.

All maintenance and repairs will be performed onsite at your desired location. Based out of Berkeley Springs WV, our main service area is the Hagerstown MD - Martinsburg WV metropolitan area. We travel to Winchester VA, Frederick MD, Chambersburg PA, and Cumberland MD. Requested service outside of this range will be taken on a case to case basis.
